Minwr To Change Duck Hunting Regulations

    It's been a few years in the making but we have to get ready for some official public comment periods for hunting rule changes at MINWR.

    This will start in Feb or March 2020 and will be a 1 to 2 year process.

    It isn't gonna end pretty if the hunters don't band together and start hollering. The last changes they tried to implement were horrible - cut hunt permit numbers and shorten season...hunters had a hissy fit and got it changed back. This time there will be no changing things back - gonna do formal public comment period and that'll be that.

    Will follow with stuff as things progress.
