    FREE Seminar. Thursday July 26 at West Marine on Speedway Blvd beginning at 6 pm.

    We will be covering the iAngler phone App for logging fish/trips as well as doing a presentation called Bottom Fishing 101 with an emphasis on catching Red Snapper off the East Coast of Central Florida. The topic will cover a lot a basic info for the novice bottom fisherman as well as info for the somewhat experienced.

    This is the Data collection App designed for recreational Anglers that NOAA and the SAFMC have agreed to accept and utilize data from in determining fisheries management decisions. It was successfully deployed late last year to prove that Snapper were not taken in the allowable numbers due to bad weather and cancelled trips which caused the SAFMC to open them for an additional week in December.
