Second Report As Promised In The Last Thread

    As promised in my last (ironically my first) report.

    11/19/2024

    I am in the experimental group of the red snapper EFP so I left port Canaveral around 6am in search of snapper and grouper. Went out to 170ft and found some nice bottom holding a ton of fish. Dropped down and got 2 cobia the first two drops (30 and 32in to the fork). Shortly after got red snapper after red snapper ended up limiting out with 3 (23, 27, and 29.5in). After getting our share of red snapper we jumped around in search of AJs, grouper, or anything else and just continued to find red snapper all day. Can’t complain though a great day on the water.

    Very nice!

    The EFP thing is pretty cool. My dad got drawn for the control group in the S area this time around. He's 85, so I'll go on a headboat time or two and give him some data to submit.
