Thanks! The cnc machine shown in the video is a ShopDroids RouterBot. It is of my own design and making. I own a router and plasma cutting version. I used to sell them but stopped producing them back around 2011 due to lack of sales. At that time I started producing DIY carrage kits for the "do it yourself" individuals. That went great for a number of years until the clone copies and derivatives of my carriages began surfacing on ebay at prices that were very hard to compete with. Sadly in December 2016, as a New Years resolution, I made the decision to stop all production of my kits and move forward with living my life and doing other things that I love to do.

More video on my machines can be seen here on my shopdroids youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/ShopDroids

Cool, so you must be using your computer and some software etc?

What town do you live in?

    - I use an old IBM ThinkCentre computer running Windows XP software to run the machines.

    - I use emachineshop , free CAD software, to create my 2d (.dxf) and 3d (.stl) drawings.

    - Mach3 software to operate the cnc machine.

    - Sheetcam to convert my 2d drawings to (gcode) for the Mach3 software.

    - I reside in Deltona.

DIY if you have a shop. I would like to see it in use. Do you have a video showing it being used in the water? I am wondering how it deals with the weight of a person on the end of a Kayak.

Looks like you have a great mind as an inventor. Congrats on your ladder, I can see where it could help another person get back in their craft, if you were along side.

Excellent video. Sam is right, that router is amazing. I'm also wondering how the yak does while supporting the weight of a person.
    Thanks for the vids.
