Flagler Backwaters - Thursday Oct 31

    Thurs, Oct 31
    Similar to the last few trips. A couple Reds and a half dozen little Snook. Largest Red @19”. More than half the little Snook fell off flipping them into the yak. Everything on a paddletail. Had about as many apprehensive taps as I did hookups. Nothing of any size this time. No boils on topwater early and not a single hit until around 8:00. Knocked off early around 11:00.
    Low Tide: 7:30am, HighTide: 1:30pm
    Temp: 76@7:00, 80@2:00
    Water Temp: 75 to start, 80 later
    Wind: 10-15mph, sunny
    30.2 rising to 30.24 at 11:00, when it started sharply down again.
