Well today we made it happen had to rent a boat to go out to where they were . We got on water around 8:30 got out around the islands in bay and got in water . We had to move few times but ended up getting limit . We only had boat for 4 hrs so it was good we got them fast .Place is super cool this was are first time scalloping there. Saw a few flounder in grass beds one was huge maybe 28inch or more look like a halibut laying there .

Looks like a fun day. I enjoy cleaning them with a group of friends almost as much as I enjoy catching them. Thanks for the pics and report.

Very nice on the scalloping even better that you did it in in the rental time and not knowing the place.

Did you get them in shallow water? I love St Joe's Bay. One of the most beautiful, pristine, fishest places in Florida. I can't wait to get back there, it's just that it is a long drive from Daytona Beach.
