I've had good success over the years on the fall run around Palm Coast for the Flounders but missed it this past year. I've gone out 3 times this year looking for flounders around Palm Coast without any luck. I plan to try getting closer to the inlet as I assume we are getting closer to a transition time for the Flounders. Just wondering if any of y'all have had any luck this time of year. I'm planning to give it another few tries next couple of weeks and if no success, wait another month or two before trying again. Also, don't know if anyone has gotten work of this but the last time I went out a few weeks ago I launched out of Moody and saw raw sewage PUMPING out of the stormwater drain west of the ramp. I want to say I noticed a difference in the water visibility the next few days north and south of the ramp and wonder if it will have any affect on the fish population.

    Have you been out gigging?

I'm wondering about trying some flounder chasing pretty soon.
