    The only thing I could add to the great video is the fact is I like to chill my fish before I clean them. Makes it a little easier.

    Luke Pearson was one of the first guides in the PI - PO area. He knows how to catch!

    Flounder is really good eating fish, that is the way I've filleted them also.

    I like to pocket filet mine and stuff them. Splitting the lateral line works great for not losing meat around the spin. Excellent video.
