Vero Beach Gigging 6/8/20

    Took the kids out before dawn for some gigging around memorial island. As soon as we put the light on we were seeing fish. Only had about 45 minutes of darkness. Ended up with three nice sheepshead and lots of bug bites! Moved to another area for some fishing once the sun was up. Caught a small snook, another keeper sheepshead, and a keeper mangrove. Lost a really nice flounder right at the boat.

    Fishing really early two days back to back with the kids. They were exhausted after the second day! Love it when the kids have fishing fever and the only cure is more fish!

    Sounds like a great time and good memories. I wish I could have turned my son on to hunting and fishing but he never got the bug.
