Who has it, what type, and how do you like it? I want to light up my inshore skiff for shrimp and flounder without the hassle of lights on ropes.

if you place lights on your boat, the light will be pointing away from your boat. the best way to shrimp is to have the lights about ten feet in front of your boat, you will see the shrimp as they are coming... when the lights are pointing away from your boat, when you see the shrimp, they will be to close and you will have a hard time dipping them

now for flounder, if you put some CREE lights in front of your boat, you will see flounder... placement: they should be adjustable because each boat is different and when you are on the water you will need to adjust them to see in what position you can see into the water the best.

some are, but most of the commercial guy place there lights in front of the helm on those front steer stump knockers.
