I'm still having some questions about tides and the charts. Many people suggest fishing during high tide. So the question is: if high tide is at 1pm when should I wet my lines? At 1pm? A couple hours before? Or a couple hours later?
    Thank you

well that depends on what you are targeting? where you are fishing? and if that species of fish are feeding before - at or - after the tide change for both high tide and low tides?

Well, currently I'm just fishing ponce inlet jetty and flat bridge because I do not have a boat. Just got into saltwater about two months ago and just trying to have a good time.
