Shrimp Cocktail

    I have a little more for the healthy living shrimp cocktail style. it's not really that hard to make just takes a little time to prep everything. Boil and peal your shrimp and place them in a cool spot to cool while you're preparing everything else. Chop up you tomato, onion, and your cilantro place it all in a bowl and add the V8 juice. Next add the 1/2 bottle of Tiger Sauce (I use a whole bottle) trust me it won't be to hot. Then slice up the avocados in a bowl and add the lime juice stir it gently then add it the rest. Slice the shrimp in 1/2" bites then add shrimp and garlic stir and chill. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Shrimp cocktail


    · 3 large tomato chopped

    · 1 large Vidalia onion, finely chopped

    · 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

    · 3 tablespoons lime juice

    · 1 tablespoon salt

    · 1/2 bottle Tiger Sauce (hot sauce)

    · 3 can V8 juice

    · 3 tablespoons minced garlic

    · 2 pounds peeled cooked shrimp

    · 1large avocados, chopped
