Well it’s that time of year I’ve got to start clearing out the freezer I Shrimp pork chops and a half of a chicken. I boil the chicken down then simmer it for a few hours strained it and set it aside. Took equal parts of shrimp and pork chop and chopped it up and boy did I chop it up until it was mush. I added a little bit of chopped up green onion and a little bit of garlic I didn’t measure anything. I sliced up what was left of the green onion and threw it into the stack put the wontons together with the premade wraps I bought at the store and simmered them or low boil for about 10 minutes didn’t even need to add salt boy was it good.
