Sebastian Inlet 12/23/18 "dejavu All Over Again"

    Arrived at my first bait stop, you can proximate the time of day by the photo below. Had bait to fish the day with in less than 30 minutes. Staged our spot and had baits in the water on the West end of the South side of the park by 8 am.

    Fished the High tide to low around 2pm. Baits were live finger mullet, jack strip baits (fresh caught) and gulp plastic finger mullet jig combinations.

    We had sporadic action on jacks, blues and flounder. The one keeper show below was also released as he was the only one that made the cut. He hit a 5" jack belly strip bait. We had some flounder hits on the large live fingers but missed all the strikes, you can tell these by seeing your mullet completely descaled. We also had a lot of chop offs as our live fingers were on the larger side the jacks and blues tore them up. The other juvenile flounder all hit the plastic tail jig combos.

    Oh and there was a puffer involved as well.
