    Got dad out and we had some fun. Fished about 6 hours and caught 30-40-50 trout from 8 to 22 inches. 12-15 were 15-22 inches.

    Best part of the day was middle of day when wind calmed a bit. We had 1 lone drift where we caught 15-20 trout. Multiple hits every cast, wind kept us in good depth range, etc. That one drift would have made anyone's day.

    Can't keep the trout, so probably go chase specs this coming weekend if the old guy doesn't want to try ducks. but he doesn't like early rising anymore...
