North Causeway (nsb) Fishing Question

Question for locals in/around NSB. I used to fish @ the north causeway pier a few years ago (2016 or 2017) and I remember there were frequently sea trout and bluefish there. I know they appeared either as the tide switched from high-to-low, or when it switched from low-to-high, does anyone know which one it is?

    Thanks in advance

I guess you will have to find out the old fashioned way. Fish both and see. Good luck either way.
