How To Filet Flatties

    The only I would do different is to make sure the fish (any fish) are cold before fileting. Makes it a lot easier! When I come in from fishing I drop some ice into the bucket to chill the fish.

    Good advice Bob, us boaters always put our fish on ice on the boat, I guess you bucket anglers don't Carry any in your trucks? being-confused-smiley-emoticon.gif
