I have seen a lot of discussion and comments about shrimping from a boat using green lights to attract the shrimp. If you are land bound and operating from a dock or pier, is it legal to use glow lights to attract the shrimp? Thanks.

The lights just make it easier to see them. And people use lights off of structures all the time
