Freezing Fish & Shrimp

    I freeze my fish first before I vacuum seal them.

    Good practice. Keeps from having the "liquid" being sucked up and preventing a good seal.

    Great tip Bob. We have been freezing in water. I have perfected squizzeing the air out and excess water in the sink.
