    Hi all, I enjoy fishing the public reefs of new Smyrna, I’m not very experienced but learning as I go. I have a Keywest 219fs. And like to meet new friends with boats and fish together.. Is a lot of fun when a few boats get together in the middle of nowhere and catch good fish. TL

    Your first step to becoming an active participating Club Member should be to "go directly to the Fishing or Shrimping Reports sections" and make some posts "congratulating" those who have posted Fishing or Shrimping Reports. Then when you start catching and posting your reports, your fellow club members will also be congratulating you.

    PLEASE NOTE: That Membership is a privilege, we give all new members 30 Days to show us that you are serious and going to be a good "Participating Member", if we do not see you posting, your membership will be deactivated, and you will not be able to continue to read reports.

    There are a few things you should do right away:
    1. Edit your profile to include an avatar or photo.
    2. Membership is a Privileged not a right, Please Read minimum post requirements
    3. Don't forget to read the forum rules

    Welcome aboard JR. we have lots of members that go out of Ponce. Pretty sure you won’t have a hard time finding other members going out, some times they let us all know when they are heading out. Just keep and eye on the post.

    Welcome. I drive the airboats at the black hammock in Oviedo. I also have a small center console. Would love to talk about buddying up and getting the boats wet!

    Welcome, JR219. I'm a new member also. Our boat is smaller, so we'll probably stick more inshore. I do hope to find friends in the club so we can meet up and fish. I hope you find lots of company to fish with on the reefs!

    Welcome. I run offshore out of ponce whenever I can. The bottom bite is pretty slow at the moment but really good for a lot of the year. Good luck out there!
